1. Introduction
Anechoic chamber is a building for professional acoustic characteristics test, where the space inside is equivalent to approximatly free space. The anechoic chamber provides not only a special test site for acoustic test, but also an important guarantee to test accuracy of the acoustic performance.
We has accumulated experience and theories of acoustic anechoic chamber. A large number of anechoic chamber is designed and built according to customized dimensions, devices is to be measured and low frequency cutoff frequency.
The process conforms the ISO3745-2012 and GB/T6882-2016 standards.
2. Main Structure
The sound-absorbing materials used in the anechoic chamber are mainly ordinary splits (the protective layer is non-woven fabric and fireproof sound-permeable fabric) and metal splits (the protective layer is a steel perforated plate), and the internal filling material is Owens Corning sound-absorbing cotton.
The construction of anechoic chamber in office buildings has high requirements on the air environment. The sound-absorbing structure of BASF cotton material we developed can completely replace the traditional sound-absorbing cotton, and has been approved by the owner in the actual project application
